Jargar violin strings are well respected steel core strings with much to offer all violinists. These steel strings work very well on some violins bringing suprising levels of tone and depth. The E string in the high tension option (forte) is particularly well regarded as one that enhances other brands of strings such as Dominants. Jargar themselves say that their strings all tend to blend well with other makes which will be of interest to those who like to experiment.

The strings are available in three tensions, Forte(High) – Medium – Dolce(Low) and the E string can be ordered with a ball or loop end. The G string can be either Chrome or silver wound. The silver version being slightly warmer in sound.
